Video: Robb Johnson & the Irregulars accompanied by members of Steve White and the Protest Family

This is a great video of  four members of Steve White & The Protest Family accompanying Robb Johnson & The Irregulars (and the remarkably talented songwriters and performers Ewan MacLennan and Paddy Nash) on the main stage at The Tolpuddle Martyrs' Festival last month.

The result of this live collaboration is Steve White and co. will be playing - and performing their own set - with Robb and The Irregulars at the Horse & Groom in Brighton on 30th September (see the RTYD Gig Calendar for more details).

Introducing Bexley-based covers band, Cream Crackered

Welcome to new ROCK-TIL-YOU-DROP members, Cream Crackered, from Bexley in Kent.

The band describe themselves as "a bunch of old buggers playing hits from the 50s and 60s", which include songs by the Searchers, Carl Perkins, Eddie Cochrane, Credence Clearwater, Stones, Elvis,Van Morrison and many more. The band whose youngest member is 52 are a five piece and more about having fun than anything else. They have their own PA, a few lights and a nice big vehicle that they can fit the band and all the gear in, so they are very mobile.

The band's next gig is at Sunfest, a one day festival at the Sun Inn in Bredgar in Kent, on Sunday 26th August.
