Help wanted
So once I finished the blog last night, I shared some of my frustrations with the wife. She reckons I need help to run Rock-Til-You-Drop if its gonna be successful, but that my problem is I am unable to delegate. I think: who the hell is gonna help me with a non-money-making enterprise like RTYD?

Oh yeah! Facilitating anything like this requires a small core-group of like-minded people. Learn to delegate! i know when i get other people to willingly help-out at our weekly singer-songwriters night [over here on the other side of the planet], it works like a charm. People feel 'involved' then, and seem more keen to 'own' it and promote it ;) Just my 2-cents-worth.
